My Southern Motion SoCozy massage chair’s remote has a light that is stuck lit in recline. The other operations do not work on the remote. I have tried unplugging connections. Does this sound like a remote issue? If so, I’m afraid there is no way of replacing this part to maintain massage capabilities because can’t find the replacement in stock anywhere!

All we can find is 15 pin control with four buns. Can you tell us where to buy it or what you showed on your video was perfect.

How do you differentiate between the primary power between the secondary power five pin connectors?

Is it possible for green light on transformer to be on and it is still bad? Foot and head rest don’t work on left side. I removed my control switch from left side of couch and plugged into right side and it worked fine. Power supply/transformer on left has green light on.

This was the closest thing I could find for help on this subject but I still can't figure mine out. I have a power 3 seat reclining sofa with led cupholders and the seat controls are on there as well. I disassembled it for a move and now for reassembly I can't find where the LED strip plug actually goes. I don't see one place for it to plug into on either side. How in the world can that be?! It only comes with one power supply!

How do you get one out when it has no screws and will not lift out when you try to lift it? If I try to lift/pry it out the whole chair lifts off the floor. I am afraid to break it. There are three vertical projections at the bottom of the cup holder which might suggest a type of spanner might be required to unscrew the thing. Don't know what make/model couch it is and it is not that old. It has five buttons like your in the video along with the USB port. It looks identical to yours. Any suggestions?

I was gonna toss my recliner out but your video popped up. I know it’s the motor that died. The leg rest and recliner won’t work. It is stuck with the foot rest out and semi reclined. I called a local person and they wanted to charge $500 plus taxes to fix it. I landed up buying a new one but if I don’t have to get rid of my current one in great shape I’ll keep it if it’s not gonna cost me a lot to fix it and if it is something I can do myself if I’m not a handy person. Please help.

Manual recliner better if you don't have disability. Less parts to go wrong, no trailing wires. Cheaper too.

I know what the problem is with my chair. It's been broken before. Defective part the service man told us, and that it happens often. Had to call the seller's service dept. What a hassle. Took about 4 month to get him to come out only to tell us the part had to be ordered. Cost $150 not including the part. I'm not doing that again. Just want to close the chair and buy a foot stool.

Have a SM single recliner. The headrest part worked fine. Had to replace the actuator for footrest/back so ordered one off eBay and installed it. But chair was not right. Back was all way down, but foot was locked closed. Followed the foot linkage and pulled down on a lever. It came loose and then foot loosened. But I had the slide part connectors backwards. So, I looked at your video and saw how they are supposed to go. Reversed them and viola, chair works 100%. Thank you for this video....most helpful!!

Can a battery-operated sofa, love seat and recliner be adapted to use a wall socket instead of these batteries? We bought a brand-new set of furniture and didn't know that the batteries we use constantly go out and if the end of one is extended, it is darn near impossible to get up out of the seating. We have about 4 batteries which only last a day or so before they are in need of recharging. What does a battery assist pack run pricewise? Thanks.

Hello, I’m trying to help my elderly uncle replace his remote to a Franklin corporation chair but he isn’t able to give me much detail about the chair other than the cord is a “4 prong” and I cannot find one for the life of me.
